Our organisation has three goals:
1. Improving EMS systems to achieve better patient outcomes
2. Supporting urban and rural operational staff through relevant training
3. Developing the capacity of rural communities to manage patients until the arrival of an ambulance
Projects
Our projects are conducted in order to achieve the three goals above.
Batho Pele Principles for Ambulance Workers
The Batho Pele Principles are a set of guidelines designed to improve the South African public service. We offer a free workshop on the application of these Principles in the EMS environment. Participants can expect an interactive workshop, a test and 4 Continuing Education Units for those who pass the test.
